The Process
-
The first step is to fill out the inquiry form. This helps me understand your specific needs and wants! This information also provides insight into the timeframe we have to work with for your project.
-
After receiving your inquiry, I will reach out via email and ask for any inspiration images you may have and to further discuss your vision for your wedding day! This is also when we may schedule a call to further connect and talk wedding stationery.
-
Once we have discussed your desired look, I will send you the proposal and quote. The proposal features a mood board capturing your inspiration, line items of each stationery item you will receive, a timelines of the entire project and the quote. The quote is set up as two payments. The first to secure your place at the beginning, and the second due before the approved designs have been sent to print. Once your first payment is sent, I begin designing!
-
This is where the fun part begins! I begin painting, designing and creating drafts of each item. To ensure the final results are absolutely perfect there is no limit on revisions. My goal is to create something we are both absolutely in love with and to elevate your wedding day.
-
Once each item has been approved, I then create digital proofs of each stationery item separately and all together. This provides you with a real life example of how they will look as well as an image to send to your wedding planner and/or vendors. This also acts as the final stamp of approval before we get printing!
-
Upon receiving the second and final payment, everything is sent to print! Printing takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on what all we are asking for. Things like custom die cut shapes, custom wax seals and letterpress printing may take longer. Typically I see things come in early rather then later, but I give this cushion to ensure you will be able to send out your invitations 2-3 months before your wedding day!
-
I take care of all assembly prior to shipping your stationery to you. Your invitation suites will be delivered stamped, ribbons on, wax seals sealed and ready to be shipped! I leave all of the envelopes unsealed however to allow you to see each invitation and add anything you would like before sealing them up and taking them to the post office!
-
Day of stationery items such as menus, name cards, bar signs and programs are shipped separately soon after your invitations arrive. This helps keep everything organized and further ensures your invitations get to you as soon as possible. After this, I will simply sit around and wait for the day I see your wedding post pop up! The bridal season is so special and I would be honored to be a small part of yours, know that I will be cheering you on down the aisle and praying for your marriage as you enter this next season of life!
